Remote support client

  1. Go to mysoftsystems.com:8040.
  2. Click Build Installer.
  3. Change the dropdown from Use Machine Name to Use Specific Value.
  4. Enter your organization name in the field on the right.
  5. Scroll down and click Download.
  6. Run the downloaded client and follow the on-screen prompts.
